Hi
I was flying recently from Frankfurt to Sydney return flights. Half way via Lufthansa the other half Thai Airlines. Thai - superb, comfort and quality. Lufthansa - big disappointment. No air conditioning, I was sweaty, couldn't breathe. No entertainment, I could see only part of the TV screen from were I was seating. Even the food was worse than on Thai plane. I can't complain to Lufthansa because their complaint service is off.
Please think twice before you offer seats on Lufthansa plains to your customers.
Regards

Hi Moira,
With some airlines you can pay an additional fee and be guaranteed an exit isle however, this does apply across all. I would suggest for your next trip you have your agent look into airlines that do guarantee this. Alternatively, premium economy is a great option as you receive the extra leg-room and great service.

We booked our recent flights with Thai airlines over 12 months before we flew out and requested exit row seats as my husband is 6ft 9in tall, we offered to pay extra and didnt get them for any leg of the jounrey and they duid have vacent seats on those rows but we were not allowed to move to them. I am sure that the little old lady that had the exit row to her self was quiet capable of opening the door in an emergency exit from the plane.............shame on you Thai airlines and I have told my travel agent never to book me on their flights again
